The owner is the only one bringing in work

Business development stops when the owner is busy delivering.

A new market with no plan

You want new customers or government work but have no strategy or system to get there.

The work lives in people's heads

Every new hire exposes another gap in how things get done.

Growth that outpaced structure

Revenue grew, but roles, meetings and processes never caught up.

A program that has to land

Schedule, budget, risk and stakeholders need governance leaders can rely on.

Frequently Asked

Common questions

What is an executive operating partner?

An executive operating partner embeds with leadership to improve operations, install accountability, and execute strategic initiatives — combining the strategic lens of a management consultant with the hands-on accountability of an operator.

How is Marshall Solutions Group different from a traditional consulting firm?

MSG combines executive advisory with implementation support through project-based, embedded, managed, or fractional engagements. The scope defines the deliverables, responsibilities, and support model; not every capability is included in every package.

Who does Marshall Solutions Group work with?

MSG supports founder-led businesses building structure and preparing to scale; commercial organizations managing growth, operational improvement, and organizational change; and federal, state, and local government agencies. Government contractors can engage us for program and project support. We serve leadership teams across government contracting, healthcare, higher education and research, construction, manufacturing, industrial services, professional services, aerospace & defense, and logistics.

What services does Marshall Solutions Group provide?

Three primary services: Organizational & Operational Improvement; Growth Strategy & Business Development; and Program & Project Management. Organizational leadership and change and leadership development sit within Organizational & Operational Improvement. Strategic planning, executive coaching, executive advisory, and organizational development remain accessible through relevant links.
